一、The Structure of Film Switch:

二、The Film Switch Process

1、Blanking: apply the make-up form. Different sheets should pay attention to the different printing surfaces.

2、Panel Printing: choose the suitable inks to the different sheets and the different function panels. In addition to window varnishes, oil sand surface, the other inks print in the reverse side normally (automobile instrument panels is an exception)

3、The Keyboard and Printing Lines: single lines, double lines, bogus double lines has different designs.

1、Sheet Recommendation: according to the above described different types of film switch, customers will use a different material sheet, therefore, the recommended sheets must first detailed understanding of customer needs, recommended LO products. Different sheets in a convex, blanking process when conditions are different.

2、Ink Recommended:

Customer products have special requirements, such as: fenestration, frosted finish, a convex window, we should pay attention to matching sheet and ink.

3、Bonding Layer:

Pay attention to match glue and ink .The requirements of the thickness and the strength, Physical and chemical test requirements.

4、Drying Methods:

The sheets of different materials, different inks, different drying conditions. We should pay attention to ink layer/among the layers, and the different drying thoroughly. Ink closed to the surface issues. we should pay attention to  the air circulation about drying equipment facilities.
