On September 5,2007 ,"  Tec-hi Fundamental Law" issued by official, " Fundamental Law" lasted half year to draft and revise, it was the person of tec-hi to pursue idea and cultural crystallization. It covered the company management ideas, the enterprise culture, the values, rules and regulations and the inspection methods, it adjusted the Tec-hi person’s work、life、direction and criterion.
